As soon as you book your spot on my schedule, I’ll send you a brief questionnaire that also contains a couple of things I ask you to do before our session.
First up, I like to get access to your Dubsado account so I can see where you’re at before our call.
And secondly, I ask that you write out and send me your client processes as they are now. This means I can come armed with suggestions and we’ll get through a lot more than we would otherwise.
It’s different in two ways:
1. I’m a big fan of team Dubsado, and they do an awesome job of explaining what the system can do. However, my clients have told me that they find it much more helpful to hear from me what actually works for real people.
2. This isn’t a sales call or a demo. We’re going to talk about how your business works, and then we’re going to plan out exactly how Dubsado is going to help you. No general advice to be seen.
While it’s my intention to have you walk away from your Strategy Session feeling totally confident that you have the tools and know-how to set up your Dubsado, if that’s not the case I’m more than happy to help..
